Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking an ABA Student Analyst to gain hands-on experience delivering ABA services under supervision of a BCBA, with opportunities to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

The role blends direct service delivery as an RBT with fieldwork hours required for BCBA certification, including data collection, assessment support, and collaboration with families across settings.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification with BACB.
• Graduate student in ABA seeking BCBA certification, minimum 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in functional assessments, preference assessments, and other ABA measures under a BCBA.
• Develop and modify behavior plans and ITPs with supervision.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare reports and adjust treatment as needed.
• Attend supervision meetings to review client progress and professional development.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention in home, clinic, or community settings.
