Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking an ABA Student Analyst to gain hands-on experience while pursuing BCBA certification. The role combines direct RBT service with required fieldwork hours under supervision of a licensed BCBA.

You will work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to implement behavior plans, collect data, and support families in various settings.

Qualifications

• Current certification of BACB RBT.
• Graduate student in ABA program seeking BCBA certification for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ABA services as an RBT to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Attend supervision meetings with a BCBA or supervisor to review progress.
• Assist in documentation such as progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data for client behaviors and therapy outcomes.
• Support family members with behavior management strategies and progress updates.
• Implement skill-building programs and behavior reduction strategies per ITP.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.
