Fraser is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator in Burnsville, MN. You will monitor Fraser policies related to staff experience and training in the ABA program and provide clinical services to clients as needed.

The role starts at a wage of $48,000 annually, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, interviewing, training, and staff support. Fraser offers paid training, ongoing education opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have RBT certification.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
• Experience with children with special needs required.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; keyboarding skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently assess staffing ratios for services and coordinate with HR and ABA Managers to meet staffing and budget needs.
• Be SME in conducting effective interviews and safeguard Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
• Monitor staff training requirements and communicate barriers to supervisors.
• Track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
• Coordinate onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including trainings and schedules.
• Create orientation materials and ensure completion of health and safety trainings.
