Job summary

Fraser is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator to support client services by organizing staff and client schedules across locations and potentially provide clinical services to children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
• Experience with children with special needs required.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with keyboarding skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intake, discharge and wait lists for ABA services and provide enrollment planning.
• Assess staffing ratios and collaborate with HR to meet program needs and hire qualified candidates.
• Coordinate day-to-day staffing to ensure adequate coverage for programming needs.
• Lead onboarding training for Behavior Technicians and assist ongoing staff training.
• Create materials on autism spectrum disorders for families and Fraser staff.
