Job summary

Fraser, Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services, seeks an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator to oversee staff experience and training from onboarding through offboarding, while also providing clinical services to clients.

The role offers a starting wage of $48,000 annually and opportunities to advance within a nonprofit focused on inclusive, community-based care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
• Experience with children with special needs.
• Effective communication in English.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; keyboarding skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with HR and ABA Managers to meet staffing and budget needs.
• Act as SME in conducting effective interviews and gatekeeping Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
• Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements and communicate barriers to supervisors.
• Track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
• Coordinate clinical onboarding for ABA staff, including trainings, schedules, guides, materials, and safety trainings.
