Job summary

Fraser in Minnesota seeks an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator to oversee staff experience, onboarding through offboarding, and provide clinical services to clients within the ABA program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification obtained or in process is preferred.
• Ability to pass DHS background check and drive with a Minnesota license.
• Experience with children with special needs is required.
• Effective communication in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess staffing ratios for services with HR and ABA Managers/Service Controller.
• Conduct interviews and act as gatekeeper for Fraser brand and clinical quality.
• Track staff training requirements and report barriers to supervisors.
• Monitor daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
• Coordinate onboarding for ABA Program staff, including trainings and materials.
