Fraser is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator in Bloomington, MN to coordinate staff and client schedules across locations and possibly provide clinical services to children aged 2-7 with ASD.

The role includes onboarding Behavior Technicians, training, and collaboration with cross-divisional support staff. Requires a high school diploma, Minnesota driver’s license, and DHS background check.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication in English required.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor intake, discharge and wait lists for ABA services and assist with enrollment planning.
• Assess staffing ratios and collaborate with HR to meet program staffing and budget needs.
• Coordinate day-to-day staffing coverage across locations to ensure programming needs are met.
