Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with clinicians to advance client goals.

These are part-time positions with flexible hours and same-day pay. Paid training is provided; RBT certification is required before working. If you are patient, compassionate and focused on making a difference, join us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate and calm under challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to client progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Deliver services in clients' homes or community locations.
