Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help children with Autism achieve their goals. We offer part-time positions in home and community settings, with strong clinical support and opportunities for career advancement.

RBT certification is required before working, and paid training is provided. You’ll help implement ABA plans, record data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to make a meaningful difference for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for making a difference.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment for clients and families.
