Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in-home or in community settings. Join a clinical team dedicated to delivering evidence-based ABA interventions and helping clients achieve individualized goals.

All positions start part-time with flexible schedules and paid training. Candidates should have a high school diploma, willingness to learn, and an RBT certification; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
