Job summary

Heartland ABA in Woodbine, IA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will join a clinical team focused on evidence-based interventions, recording session data, and helping clients gain independence.

This position often starts part-time with flexible hours and same-day pay options. Paid training is provided; opportunities for advancement with BCBA schooling partnerships; no minimum

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
