Job summary

Elwyn seeks an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Specialist to provide intensive behavioral treatment services to adults with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities in residential and day settings.

The role requires implementing ABA-based interventions, conducting FBAs, and maintaining detailed documentation while collaborating with a clinical team. A strong understanding of data collection and CPR/training are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; undergraduate degree in human services or related field and/or RBT certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities focusing on behavioral services.
• Experience with individuals with acute or challenging behaviors and knowledge of ABA strategies.
• Experience with augmentative communication devices and data collection.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR/EMR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive behavioral treatment services per the behavior support plan.
• Collect and document daily behavior data for clinical use.
• Maintain daily progress notes and data tracking per clinical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to individualized behavior support plans and staff training.
• Support staff through modeling, feedback, and coordination with the clinical team.
