New Patterns ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current RBT certification through the BACB is preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community settings as prescribed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Attend team meetings and trainings, supporting clients and families.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
