Job summary

ABS Kids in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of ABA Services to mentor Behavior Analyst Trainees aspiring to become BCBA. You will supervise BATs, manage a reduced caseload, and ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services while collaborating with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with state licensure, if applicable.
• At least one year post-certification experience working as a BCBA.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cases and supervising trainees.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct supervision and parent training for a reduced caseload.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Provide regular feedback and performance tracking for supervised trainees.
• Supervise BATs and ensure ethical treatment plan implementation.
• Monitor BAT performance and provide ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with other BCBAs, therapists, and families; attend team meetings.
