Job summary

Advanced Therapy Clinic in Montana seeks a Business Development Specialist to expand referral partnerships and enroll clients across MT locations. You will educate providers and families about ABA services and travel regularly to partner sites.

The role focuses on developing relationships with pediatrics, schools, and community programs, with the COO reporting line and a base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a referral growth strategy across assigned territories.
• Conduct in-person visits to pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
• Deliver professional presentations about ABA services.
• Maintain CRM or referral tracking system and follow-up with sources.
• Analyze referral trends and adjust outreach strategy accordingly.
