Job summary

Advanced Therapy Clinic is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist with knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to expand referral partnerships and increase client enrollment across our Montana locations.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources including pediatricians, school districts, psychologists, hospitals, early intervention programs, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a referral growth strategy across assigned territories.
• Conduct in-person visits to pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
• Deliver professional presentations about ABA services.
• Maintain CRM or referral tracking system.
