Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking an organized ABA Business Development Representative to expand access to ABA services across Colorado. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with pediatricians, schools, and healthcare professionals, driving referrals, and increasing community awareness.

The ideal candidate will have ABA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel four days weekly within Colorado while collaborating with intake, clinical, and operations teams to

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ABA is required
• Experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, community outreach, provider relations, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in ABA, behavioral health, autism services, healthcare, education, or pediatric services strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Confident communicating with healthcare professionals, school administrators, therapists, physicians, and community partners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple relationships
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned Colorado territory four days per week

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, healthcare providers, and other ABA referral sources
• Conduct in-person visits to referral sources across Colorado territory
• Educate partners about ABA services, eligibility, treatment models, and referral process
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to increase qualified referrals
• Maintain outreach schedule and pipeline of prospective referral relationships
• Follow up with partners to strengthen long-term relationships
• Represent the organization at networking events and community activities
• Deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational outreach
• Distribute marketing materials to referral sources and partners
• Coordinate with intake, clinical, and operations teams to share timely information
• Track outreach activities and referrals in company systems
• Monitor referral trends and community needs for growth in Colorado
• Provide leadership with regular outreach updates and market feedback
• Act as a knowledgeable ABA ambassador in the community
