Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Missoula, MT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise our ABA program. You will oversee BCaBA and RBT staff, coordinate services, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.

The role emphasizes functional analyses, assessment, and implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, with a focus on adaptive life skills, collaboration with families, and a dynamic, in-person work setting.

About Advanced Therapy Clinic

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.
