Job summary

Brighter Steps ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred—we can help you get certified
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data during each session
• Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required
