Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, through its Community Autism Services division, is hiring immediately for ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Westwood, CA and the surrounding areas to deliver top-tier behavioral services to children with autism.

Under supervision, you will conduct ABA sessions in homes, schools, or community settings, guide clients in communication, play, and social skills, and collect and summarize behavioral data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Childcare experience required.
• Ability to collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA treatment services to children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Instruct clients on communication, play, socialization, and independence under supervision.
• Collect and summarize behavioral data related to treatment goals.
• Maintain 6-month commitment with consistent attendance and timely communication.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
• Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
• Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
• 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
