Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in the United States is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, with training and support to earn RBT certification.

This part-time role offers flexibility to tailor hours, pays on a same-day pay model for some programs, and includes pathways for BCBA schooling partnerships and career growth within a growing ABA team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification before services.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Experience with autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
