Job summary

United Care ABA in Colorado is seeking BTs and RBTs to support 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling (full‑time and part‑time) with in‑home visits now and center‑based care coming soon, so you won’t be chasing schedules or pay.

You will collect data, follow individualized plans, and help kids develop communication and daily living skills. We provide clinical support and growth opportunities toward Lead RBT or BCBA, with a team culture that values clear

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
