Job summary

United Care ABA in Denver, CO is hiring RBTs who want more than just a shift. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling (in-home now, center-based soon), competitive pay $22–$28 per hour with bonus potential, strong clinical support, professional development, and a teamwork‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to complete before starting.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills; reliable and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Support team through compliant documentation and teamwork.
