Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with a focus on reliable scheduling and growth opportunities in Colorado. In-home now, center-based soon, with flexible full-time and part-time options.

We offer structured onboarding, transparent communication, and support from BCBAs and ops teams to help you thrive and advance toward lead RBT or BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete before starting)
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Passion for helping kids grow in positive environments
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times
