Magical Moments ABA in Georgia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one and group ABA sessions under supervision. You will collect data, follow treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA and families to implement interventions.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with an RBT certification, knowledge of ABA, and strong communication and organization skills. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• RBT certification required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general ABA practices.
• At least 18+ years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings per treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers for program implementation.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff.
• Complete required training related to guidelines and regulations.
• Record appointments and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics, HIPAA, and confidentiality.
• Communicate progress with clients, parents, and caregivers.
• Work with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
