Job summary

Magical Moments ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The position offers an hourly rate of $27–$30 with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development. You will deliver ABA-based client care, document progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families in a supportive setting.

This role requires 6+ months ABA exposure preferred, RBT certification, and strong communication. Must be 18+ with excellent time management and organization.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach.
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation.
• Ability to take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA).
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations.
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies.
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs.
