Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children and families through ABA. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills in client homes and community settings.

Most sessions occur Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM in Fayetteville, NC, with flexible scheduling. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, with additional pay for bilingual Spanish speakers, and a focus on safety, ethics, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active automobile insurance listing the applicant as a covered driver.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Apply ABA strategies to promote learning, independence, and positive outcomes.
• Support interventions designed to decrease safety- or learning-related behaviors.
• Collect accurate client data during sessions.
• Complete session documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBAs and team.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Adhere to clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Implement programs consistently while tailoring to each client.
