Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA program. You will deliver one-on-one interventions, track progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to support each client's goals in their home or community setting.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a growing ABA organization dedicated to making a difference for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to client goals.
• Experience supporting children with Autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building plans.
