Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver direct ABA services to children and families. You will implement individualized plans created by a supervising BCBA, primarily in client homes or community settings, with sessions mainly scheduled 3:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekdays.

Candidates should have or be pursuing RBT certification, with experience in pediatric ABA environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing or pursuing RBT certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA or pediatric environments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional and supportive presence with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data accurately and follow behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and team members to maintain treatment integrity.
