Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children, implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will collect data, document session notes, and collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA, while upholding BACB ethics and client confidentiality in a supportive team environment.

Your Role & Impact

As an RBT at KIDS ABA Services, you will work directly with children to build communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills that foster independence. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, partner with families, and celebrate progress big and small.

What You’ll Do

Therapy Implementation

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies during structured and play-based activities
• Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills

Data & Reporting

• Collect data accurately throughout sessions
• Document session notes thoroughly and on time
• Report clinical observations to the supervising BCBA

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with families and caregivers to support generalization across environments
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
• Communicate respectfully with supervisors and colleagues

Professional Standards

• Maintain RBT certification and adhere to the BACB code of ethics
• Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and client rights at all times
