Qualifications

• 1+ year ABA Technician experience.
• RBT certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to adapt to changing workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong patient-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients.
• Participate in therapy sessions and help track progress.
