Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks an RBT Case Manager to closely work with patients, delivering compassionate ABA services and supporting an intensive individualized program. The role involves case management for multiple patients, caregiver training, and writing treatment plans under BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Master's degree completion anticipated within six months.
• Projected BCBA fieldwork hours within six months of hire (max 30 hrs/week).
• Experience with children 18 months to 12 years old.
• Willingness to be trained on ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Engage in BACB-approved activities with BCBA oversight to develop clinical skills for assigned cases.
• Assist BCBA and lead caregiver training.
• Develop and write individualized skill acquisition programs tied to the DSM.
• Write behavior intervention plans and update treatment plans per guidelines.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including functional analyses.
• Provide direct ABA services as needed and support staff training.
