Empower Behavioral Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Student Analyst - ABA Therapy to support RBT case management within an intensive, compassionate ABA program. This full-time, permanent role involves hands-on clinical work under BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Master's degree completion anticipated within six months.
• BCBA fieldwork hours to be completed within six months of hire.
• Experience with children 18 months to 12 years old.
• Willingness to be trained on ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Engage in BACB-approved patient activities under BCBA supervision.
• Assist BCBA and lead caregiver training.
• Develop and write skill acquisition programs tied to DSM.
• Write behavior intervention plans and manage risk.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and update treatment plans.
• Provide direct ABA services as needed.
• Support staff trainings and clinic operations.
• Maintain professional boundaries with caregivers.
• Promote collaborative, supportive team culture.
