Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Fort Smith, AR is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to work directly with children, building communication, social, functional, and daily living skills under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will implement individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure consistent progress. The role emphasizes ethical practice, confidentiality, and a team-based approach to help children gain independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity.
• Strong communication and professionalism with children, families, and clinicians.
• Ability to work well as part of a clinical team.
• Comfort working with children who have developmental or behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies during structured and play-based activities.
• Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data accurately throughout sessions.
• Document session notes thoroughly and on time.
• Report clinical observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support generalization across environments.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
