heartlandbehavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision. Part-time opportunities with flexible schedules and same-day pay options are available.

You’ll record session data with electronic devices and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help clients achieve their goals. Training is provided, and commitment to six months is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, empathy and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
