Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes across Iowa. This part-time role emphasizes one-on-one ABA services and a flexible schedule.

You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording session data and communicating with families to track progress. Paid training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before starting.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.

Responsibilities
