heartlandbehavior is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and record data during sessions. Join a supportive clinical team and help children reach developmental goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and an active RBT certification, plus a passion for making a difference for children with Autism. Training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before working.
• Willingness to learn and be patient with children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Support care plans and collaborate with the clinical team.
