Job summary

Key Essentials to Behavior Management, Corp is hiring for a Program Supervisor Trainee in Indio, CA. This full-time role (part-time considered for graduate students) reports to the Clinical Director and trains in pre-certification clinical supervision while pursuing BCaBA/BCBA credentials.

The position offers $28–$31/hour, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits. A Master's degree in progress or related field is required, along with ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field (in progress accepted).
• BCaBA or BCBA candidacy.
• 1+ years of ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Run pods and supervise RBTs with on-site oversight.
• Contribute to FBAs and treatment plans to build clinical reasoning.
• Deliver direct clinical services including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Coach Lead RBTs and RBTs in data interpretation and program fidelity.
• Document progress notes, summaries, data reviews and changes.
• Serve all clients equally (insurance, private pay, open play, camps, consultations).

Education
