Increasing Desired Behaviors in Hemet, CA seeks a full-time supervisor to oversee ABA programs, supervise therapists, and train parents. The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or Education and ABA supervisory experience, with travel across Riverside County as needed. In-person work with clinical leadership oversight.

The position emphasizes field supervision, data review, program modification and strong client progress focus, under direction of Clinical Directors.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA Supervisor experience.
• 2 years designing/implementing behavior modification services.
• 1-2 years supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Thorough understanding of DTT, PRT and ABA strategies.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision to assigned cases under a Certified Professional.
• Direct behavior technicians on program implementation.
• Escalate program concerns to the case BCBA.
• Modify programs with BCBA approval to maximize progress.
• Guide therapists in delivering treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Provide parent education/training as assigned by BCBA.
• Develop and write progress reports under BCBA direction.
• Maintain electronic databook and required session notes.
• Deliver direct intervention as needed.
• Meet supervisory and parent training hours as required by funders.
