Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Lakewood, CA is seeking a Behavioral Program Manager to lead on-site supervision and clinical program development. This role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA progress, along with strong ABA, program management, and leadership abilities.

You will drive 30–60 miles daily and supervise sessions 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend work. The team offers growth, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• BCBA in progress preferred.
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude.
• Bilingual skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite case supervisor and leader, overseeing daily case management.
• Develop and oversee clinical programs, supervise BIs, and train client caregivers.
• Drive 30–60 miles daily and supervise sessions 8:00–18:00 on weekdays; occasional weekend work.
