Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead behavioral programs in school settings, delivering supervision and expert consultation.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and at least 5 years of autism-focused experience, with 2+ years of supervisory responsibility. You will guide teams, ensure data‑driven progress, and collaborate with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and FBA/BIP development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Design and oversee ABA programming using DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems.
• Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement.
• Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans.
• Support trauma-informed and MTSS practices.
• Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 30 weekly billable hours in accordance with autonomous behavior solutions policies.
