Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dedicated ABA professional to design and implement individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents up to 18, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. You will supervise Behavior Interventionists and ensure fidelity of treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Vineland-III, developing goals, and guiding staff and families.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in implementing ABA behavior modification intervention services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Early Education, or related field.
• Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)
• Ability to pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance
• Ability to obtain a Physical (past year) and TB Test (past 90 days)
• Must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a driver’s license (if working in-person)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• CPR & First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs tailored for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Review client progress and goals regularly; conduct assessments and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans that promote adaptive skills and functional communication.
• Meet regularly with families and caregivers in-home to review progress and refine strategies.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports to ensure effectiveness.
