Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking qualified leaders to join our ABA team as BCBA/LABA to advance our mission of improving client development through evidence-based ABA therapy. You will lead assessments, design behavior-change plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians, while collaborating closely with families and school staff to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
• MUST have current BCaBA certificate OR LABA license OR BCBA.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
