Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership with a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply. The Program Manager will coordinate with regional teams, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure documentation and compliance across multiple state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Skills

One year supervisory ABA experience

Bilingual English/Spanish (encouraged)

Education

Bachelor's degree

12 ABA units

Active state licensure / BCBA or higher
