Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of their teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification as required.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA coursework and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure/certification requirements.
