Responsibilities include supervising program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, and mentoring supervisees while ensuring documentation and compliance with licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and BCaBA or higher required.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating programs.
• Knowledge of state regulations and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification requirements.
