• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation—E Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
