PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality service delivery, support professional growth of teams, and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational skills, and clinical judgment.

The incumbent will maintain documentation, supervise staff, and collaborate with regional teams to uphold PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification.
• Experience coordinating service delivery and supervising teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
