You will oversee program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and manage scheduling while ensuring timely, accurate documentation and policy compliance. Leadership and mentoring of staff are central to the position.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local requirements or BCaBA or higher certification.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure/certification.
