Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
